Do you use AI to build websites?
Yes, and we say so openly. AI helps us move faster on first drafts, layout options, and routine build work, so your project reaches review sooner. A person then reviews and refines every page, checking the look and feel, tone, and brand details so the finished site is consistent and unmistakably yours.
Will my website look generic or AI-made?
We will be honest: because AI helps create it, your site will carry a little AI DNA. What matters is that it stays consistent with your brand and that you are happy with it. That is why a person reviews every page against your brand, and nothing launches until you approve it.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, business details, photos you have permission to use, and page copy. We help organize the content and make light edits for clarity. Full copywriting, branding, and photography are separate projects.
How do the two feedback rounds work?
Round one refines your homepage design direction. Round two covers final adjustments to the completed website. Each round is one consolidated list from your designated contact. New pages, features, or a new direction after approval are quoted separately. Corrections to our mistakes never use up a feedback round.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The website package is a one-time payment of $1,499 USD at the launch price: 50% to begin and 50% before launch. Hosting and CRM are included with no monthly NGYN fee. Your domain renewal and usage charges such as SMS, phone, and email sending are separate, as explained in the next answer.
What does “hosting and CRM included” cover?
Hosting for the website we deliver, plus basic CRM account setup, one lead pipeline, and your website inquiry form connection. Domain renewals, premium tools, and usage charges such as SMS, phone, and email sending are separate. Hosting duration, platform limits, and transfer options will be stated in your project agreement before payment.
What if I need more pages or features?
We agree on those additions before starting. Ecommerce, custom integrations, automation sequences, and additional pages are outside the standard package. Additional work is $50 USD/hour, billed in 15-minute increments with your approval.
What happens if my project pauses?
Feedback is due within 5 business days. After 10 business days without a response, the project pauses and its production slot is released. After 30 calendar days of inactivity, we archive the project. We provide an estimate for any restart work at $50 USD/hour before proceeding.
What support is available after launch?
For 30 days after delivery, we correct defects in the agreed work at no charge. New content, training, design changes, and enhancements are $50 USD/hour, billed in 15-minute increments with a $12.50 USD minimum per request. Related changes sent together count as one request. Issues with the hosting service we provide are handled separately from billable content support.
